An open-plan hall in the centre of the building, under the full length of the glazed roof. Cream steel trusses, deep-red ductwork and terracotta studded floors make a backdrop you won’t find anywhere else in London — and the light changes with the sky all day.

The hall hosts exhibitions, screenings, workshops, masterclasses, dance classes, dinners, board meetings and film and photo shoots. A loading bay and lift make bump-in easy.

02 — White Studio

The White Studio

A corner studio wrapped in glazing, with white walls, a concrete floor and exposed timber trusses overhead. Soft, generous daylight for photography and filming — and the roofscape of Hackney out of the window.

Ideal for portraits, look-books, e-commerce, castings and small video productions. Rails, tables and seating are on hand, and the loading bay and lift take the pain out of kit.
